Invitation for Registered Aboriginal Parties (RAPs) in the Upper Hunter Valley to participate in cultural heritage consultation with Hunter Valley Operations (HVO)

Registered Aboriginal Parties are invited to attend a HVO Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Working Group (CHWG) meeting as follows:

Date: Wednesday 17 September 2025

Time: 10.00am to 12.00noon

Venue: Meeting Room 1, Hunter Valley Services building, 1011 Lemington Road, Lemington, Singleton (snacks provided)

The CHWG meeting agenda to include:

CHWG discussions and other consultation with RAPs pertaining to operations and approvals regulated under the EP&A Act, and other activities requiring approvals under Part 6 of the NPW Act, are conducted in accordance with the OEHAboriginal Cultural Heritage Consultation Requirements for Proponents 2010.

If you are unable to attend the meeting you can register your interest as an Aboriginal Party for consultation and may lodge comments, queries or feedback on agenda or other topics associated with HVO cultural heritage management programme to Nic McLaughlin via letter, email or phone prior to the scheduled date of the meeting.
